Precinct 1
Precinct 1 was developed to provide a pleasant environment with internal views to the existing canal. The development of this precinct is mainly residential, offices and a small portion of retail.
The proposed extension of the canal and open park in the heart of the scheme will promote more greeneries in the precinct to create an appealing environment.
With the new proposed loop road, the developments will have improved accessibility as the road will cater for public transport systems. Two green links are used as spatial connectors through the scheme and specifically run through Precinct 1 to bind it to the beach front, allowing clear access to the beach.
