Precinct 6
Precinct 6 provides the opportunity for a variety of activities. The focus is to have a high-tech commerce and business centre integrated with a Public Transport Node (PTN) and parking facilities, to deal with the excess capacity that was originally required. Twelve bus lay-bys will be allocated on the ground floor of the building for the PTN.
The parking facility will be provided within the podiums and basements of the buildings. The sites are ideally situated close to the Point development entrance, and central to the entire land mass. This offers uninterrupted, high-level views to the north, while to the south are mostly low-scale developments that form part of the heritage building stock.
